Do you enjoy working with people, preparing great food, and helping a team succeed? Brenz Pizza Co. is looking for a friendly, dependable Team Member/Cashier who can provide excellent customer service while also assisting with food preparation and daily restaurant operations.

This is a dual-role position. During each shift, you may take orders, answer phones, operate the register, assist customers, prepare ingredients, make food, package orders, clean, and help wherever needed. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with the public and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Skills and Requirements

Customer Service: Greet every customer warmly, answer questions, take orders accurately, answer phones professionally, process payments, and help create a positive experience for every guest.

Food Preparation: Prepare, portion, store, and restock ingredients according to Brenz recipes, food-safety requirements, and quality standards. Assist with making pizzas, wings, salads, subs, and other menu items.

Teamwork: Communicate clearly, follow directions, support coworkers, and help wherever needed to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.

Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all food-safety, sanitation, and equipment-safety procedures.

Physical Requirements: Team Members/Cashiers must be able to stand throughout their shift, work in hot or cold conditions, move quickly, and safely lift, carry, cut, chop, prepare, and store food and supplies.

Experience and Education: Previous restaurant, kitchen, cashier, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train applicants who are dependable, friendly, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently while following recipes and instructions accurately.
Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
