Team Member: Shift Lead
Brenz Pizza Co is looking for a Full Time Shift Lead who can lead a highly skilled team.

Job Skills/Requirements:
Brenz is here to help you succeed, but before you join our team there are a few basic requirements for the Lead position.

Knowledge: Shift Leads must have a knowledge of the restaurant industry, health standards, and food safety regulations. We also expect our Closing Lead to know how to order food from our approved vendors and be able to maintain an accurate inventory
Experience/Education: We expect applicants to have experience in restaurant kitchens and the willingness to learn/do all the jobs in the Brenz kitchen. Leads must also be able to communicate clearly with others (both verbally and written) and be able to organize and make weekly schedules with the help of the general manager.
Leadership Ability: Being a Lead is like being a team captain. An Brenz Lead will need to communicate with their staff, along with drivers, front of the house, and the General Manager. Lead need to lead by example, manage kitchen staff, and uphold Brenz' high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Other: An Brenz Lead must be at least 18 years old. They also need to be able to physically stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads regularly. Also, they will need to take part in the day-to-day tasks in the restaurant kitchen (cleaning, prep, boxing products, etc.). Additionally applicants must have: A high school diploma ; A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience; Basic knowledge of P & L statements; Basic math and accounting skills; Strong guest service, communication; leadership and conflict resolutions skills; Full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays; Ability to work a 40-hour work week; Good personal grooming; Ability to stand for 8 hours ; Ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists; Ability to lift 35-50 pounds
